Combined with the Watson-Marlow 520Di/RL or 520Di/L peristaltic pump, the 505XY robot makes mass bottle filling effortless. The robot is user-programmable for bottles loaded into a wide variety of trays and the fill volume is programmed into the 520Di/RL or 520Di/L.

Trays are available for a wide variety of bottle sizes, and the robot arm can cope with bottles up to a maximum height of 200mm and a minimum neck size of 6.5mm with a maximum of 99 rows or columns. All sectioned container trays for the 505XY are 400 x 250mm (L x D) and are made of 18g anodized aluminium. Stainless steel trays are also available.

Up to 99 fill patterns of either straight rows or honeycomb can be memorized by the 505XY robot.
