Oil and cream filling

The DF32 is powered by a new positive displacement pump which is ideal for high-viscosity products such as oil or cream. The DF32 can fill a variety of viscosities without damaging the product, which will stay homogeneous.

Pumphead

The pumphead is designed for easy dismantling and reassembly during daily cleaning and maintenance.

Combined pump and control unit

Complete control of filling parameters, calibration and data logging - everything is done directly from the control panel.

Filling range from 10ml to 5 litres

Up to 2,000 fillings per hour

The pumphead is manufactured from materials such as AISI316 and PEEK which satisfy all pharmaceutical production requirements.
